The narrow acre next door is alive with bird songs most every morning. With each passing day the tunes fade, migration time nears. Soon, it will be devoted to tangled vines and an abundance of Zebra Butterflies, hopefully, the monarchs will arrive. Having been a wildlife photographer most of my life, I was always grateful to place nature between the frames of my viewfinder, otherwise, I would only have had a blank canvas.
Thankfully I have eyes to see and ears that hear what nature has to say to me. The trick is to now record the experience with words.
